MOZAMBIQUE

Mozambique is a southern African nation whose long Indian Ocean coastline is dotted with popular beaches like Tofo, as well as offshore marine parks.
Mozambican society has traditionally revolved around the family and the village, with customs and observances that grow from local rather than national influences.
The official language of Mozambique is Portuguese.
Mozambique is a unique African destination offering beautiful beaches, wild game reserves, diving escapes and much more. Many people head straight to the beaches (well, you cannot blame them, the coastline and beaches are amazing) forgetting that the country is brimming with kind local people, fresh markets, rich historical architecture.

Mozambican Artistic Idols

The painter Malangatana Valente Ngwenya, commonly known as Malangatana, has gained an
international following, as has the sculptor Alberto Chissano. Malangatana and the muralist
Mankew Valente Muhumana have inspired the formation of artist cooperatives, particularly
around Maputo; among the most prominent of these is the Nucleo de Arte, which operates a gallery and offers workshops throughout the year. Malangatana has been the most influential character in the artistic world towards mostly of our artist. He has been featured as an honroable mentions as Malangatana has been mostly an inspirational character towards our artists and Mozambican Community.
